Outcomes

  • Findings from research drove a redesign of Food homepage for first-time users.

  • Worked with design and product to integrate these findings into the design changes and a phased experimentation plan.

Impact

  • Within 2 weeks of being live, the first experiment showed an average increase of ~11.5% in conversion among first-time users across 6 major SEA markets. 🚀🚀
